Tathakir Al-Iraq LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tathakir Al-Iraq LLC (“Tathakir Al-Iraq”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit oto.solutions and when businesses use OTO, our AI-powered customer conversation platform.
1. Who we are
OTO Solutions is owned by Tathakir Al-Iraq LLC, company registration No. 26945, House 24, Street 49, Baghdad 10062, Iraq. You can reach us at info@oto.solutions or on +964 788 866 5545 (phone and WhatsApp).
2. Information we collect on this website
- Contact form. Your name, company, sector, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your message and the language of the page. Form messages are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service.
- WhatsApp and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your phone number or email address and what you send. If you use “Send via WhatsApp”, your message is sent through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.
- Technical data. To deliver the page, our hosting server and the services that provide the website’s fonts and scripts (Google Fonts, cdnjs by Cloudflare and jsDelivr) receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use it to track or profile you.
- Language preference. The website remembers the language you choose in your browser’s local storage. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Information we process when businesses use OTO
OTO answers calls and messages on behalf of businesses (“business customers”). To do this, OTO processes information about the people who contact those businesses, such as phone numbers, names, voice recordings, transcripts, messages, and order or booking details.
For this information, the business customer decides why and how it is processed, and we process it on the business’s behalf under a written agreement. That agreement sets out what is recorded, what is anonymized, the purposes the data may serve, how long it is kept and who can access it. If you contacted a business that uses OTO, you can also contact that business directly about your data.
4. Information from WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram
When a business connects its WhatsApp Business, Messenger or Instagram account to OTO through the platform’s official business API, we receive the messages people send to that business, together with identifiers such as the phone number, account ID and profile name.
We use this information only to reply on the business’s behalf, complete the requested action and record the conversation in the business’s customer history. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than that business and the service providers listed in section 6. You can ask us to delete it at any time; see Data Deletion.
5. How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about OTO.
- To provide, operate and support the OTO service for business customers.
- To keep the website and the service secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising. We use conversation data to improve OTO, for example its recognition of Iraqi speech, only when the business customer has agreed to this in writing, and only in the way agreed, including anonymization where agreed.
6. Who we share information with
- The business customer that a conversation belongs to.
- Service providers that help us run the website and OTO, such as hosting, email, form-delivery, telecommunications and messaging-platform providers. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
7. Where information is stored
Our servers and service providers may be located outside Iraq. When information is transferred, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
8. How long we keep information
- Website enquiries: for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and then deleted.
- Service data: as set out in the agreement with the business customer, and deleted or returned when that agreement ends.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@oto.solutions. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within 30 days. To ask for deletion, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
