Tathakir Al-Iraq LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the oto.solutions website and of OTO, which are provided by Tathakir Al-Iraq LLC (company registration No. 26945, House 24, Street 49, Baghdad 10062, Iraq). By using the website or the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The OTO service
OTO is an AI-powered customer conversation platform that automates calls and messages and integrates with your business systems. OTO is an early-stage product. Businesses can use it only under a separate written agreement with us, such as a pilot agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
2. Using this website
This website provides information about OTO. You may browse it and contact us through it. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
3. Responsibilities of business customers
Businesses that use OTO must:
- use it lawfully, and obtain any consent needed to record, transcribe or otherwise process calls and messages;
- tell their customers, where required, that conversations may be handled by AI and may be recorded;
- not use OTO for spam, unsolicited automated calls, or misleading or harmful communication;
- follow the policies of the channels they connect, such as WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
4. AI responses
OTO uses artificial intelligence, and its responses may sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. OTO confirms only what the business’s own system confirms, and a person can take over a conversation at any point. Businesses remain responsible for their services, offers and decisions.
5. Intellectual property
The OTO name and logo, the content of this website, and the OTO software belong to Tathakir Al-Iraq LLC. These terms do not give you any rights to them, except as set out in a written agreement with us.
6. Third-party services
This website links to services that we do not control, such as WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Disclaimer and liability
This website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties about them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Our liability to business customers is set out in their written agreement with us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. The courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
